Sheriff I contacted when I located where Ashley and Robert are hiding Madison Terjelian (Feb. 22,  2008) (the court (specifically Judge Keller) left it up to my brother to find his daughter in order for the court papers to be delivered.  Also the sheriff Larkin had deliver the court papers.  Also the sheriff Ashley Terjelian mentions (“he would be more than happy to testify on my behalf”) in her false STATE OF VERMONT AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF FROM ABUSE (pursuant to 15 V.S.A Chapter 21) filed against Larkin Forney on 2/27/08.  An attempt by Ashley  to further delay others (the father and other family members)  from seeing Madison, so that she can continue to abuse her daughter and allow others to abuse her...

                        Judge Crawford

 family court judge who was responsible for hearing the case for Madison in Jan. 2007, following the mother’s dangerous behavior on Jan. 7, 2007 in which she intentionally brought her daughter back to a public parking lot to watch her (now) husband assault her father, grandmother and aunt, and intentionally try to run over her aunt. 
‘It’s none of my business why adults have problems with one another.’ he said in court.

attorney who represented Larkin for Kristens False reports of 2005.  She was inaffective and did not call all of the witness and denied that she had said she would call certain witnesses.  She also acted like she had not met my mother and me, when she had.  She also represented Ashley Terjelian before representing my brother the false charges of VOP.

            Larkin’s probation officer who  refused to speak with Larkin’s family, but spoke with Kristen Place and her family and told Kristen where Larkin would be playing bingo in 2005.

Prosecutor who-- while Larkin was in prison in May/April 2007 (due to Kristen’s false reports of Dec. 2005), lied in court and said he was dangerous and had “threats against police officers, judges, lawyers, and others.” on his website: www.justiceforvermonters.org
She had no evidence to back up her lies and the following day in court she said, “your Honor.  I have no evidence, but...”
And my brother still remained in prison...

one of the responding officers from Colchester police on March 10, 2005, when Ashley called the cops and wouldn’t allow us (my mother and I) to visit with Madison anymore.  We spoke of our concerns of abuse to Officer Harvey.  He said there is nothing that can be done “until she is in school.”

I believe I also spoke with him in early 2008 concerning Madison. And probably in 2005 also, following Ashley isolating Madison from others–my mother and I--(Isolation is a big sign that abuse is occurring.)

left a message on my cell phone in Jan. 2008 regarding another email or contact attempt to DCF or our other government agencies, such as the governor’s office with regards to exposing and stopping the abuse of my niece.  He did not leave his full name, or what department he was calling from.  There was no number to return his call only a 1-800 number for me to call regarding my ‘belief” that my niece is being abused.

This is an ongoing situation and list.....

Some other people not listed are various police officers, most of our VT State representatives and Senators, the Supreme Court Judges for the State of VT...and other people (mandated reporters) who have contacted DCF regarding Madison after having been made aware of her precarious situation by me.
