The police affidavit Kristen filed in 2008 is not available, due to the high cost of getting a copy from the State Police–but she stated in court that she saw Larkin Forney in a gold car of his friend’s sitting outside her residence at night sometime in the fall of 2008. Kristen deliberately moved to her new residence, in order to be closer to Larkin Forney’s residence. The gold car Kristen is referring to was totaled in an accident months prior to her claims. And Larkin Forney STILL does not know where Kristen lives–and as he has stated numerous times, (because it is REALITY)–Kristen Place is STALKING and HARASSING Larkin Forney and filing false claims against him since his release from prison. A person who is truly fearful of someone does not deliberately move closer to that person. This is not logical. |
